On Thursday, June 19, Alcron Bar will transform into a space filled with the spirit of one of the world’s most iconic bars – London’s Bar Termini. For one night only, we are honoured to welcome Robin Kolek, Bar Termini’s long-time bar manager, along with his colleague Alessandro Belometti.

Regularly ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars, Bar Termini is known for its simplicity, elegance, and precision – all of which will be reflected in the cocktails served during this unique evening. Their famous Negroni, in several signature variations, will of course be part of the experience.
Starting at 7:30 PM, guests can look forward to a specially curated cocktail menu and a distinctive service style that embodies the essence of an Italian bar – refined technique, attention to detail, and effortless charm.
“We want our guests to enjoy two rounds and a snack in just 15 minutes – and still have everything taste perfect,” says Robin Kolek, who has been with Termini since 2015. Speed, quality, and warm hospitality – that’s the philosophy he’s bringing to Prague.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Robin Kolek is one of the most respected bartenders of his generation. He was named among Forbes’ 30 Under 30, recognised for shaping the world of modern mixology. His return to his home country promises not only a remarkable evening for cocktail lovers, but also an inspiring story of Czech talent making its mark on the global stage.
