Night Auditor & Receptionist
You will report to the Front Office Manager, Service Managers and Night Shift Supervisor and be a vital part of the night owls' team :)
You will provide efficient, prompt, trouble-free, courteous service and security to guests in the absence of departmental managers and limited staff members during the night, in line with the hotel’s guidelines and The Almanac Hotel Group’s guidelines and service concepts.
What we trust you with
Taking care of our late arrival guests, provide a great check-in experience with occasional reservation, concierge, and bellman/doorman services.
You will work alongside a Night Supervisor and take care of regular hotel reporting.
Your job will be diverse but the guest will always be at the center of it.
You will be in charge of the Front Office technology during the night, which also includes handling telephone calls, operating credit card machines, cashiers, etc.
What makes you a match
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, including weekends and PHs.
An advanced level of English is a must and the Czech/Slovak language is an advantage.
Customer service experience in a luxury segment.
Opera hotel management system knowledge.
Proactivity, customer experience skills, and pleasant demeanor.
The Czech Republic work permit or EU citizenship is required.
