Garage Attendant - Valet Parking
You will report to the Guest Relations Manager and the Front Office Manager. You will be the first and last impression for arriving and departing guests, delivering seamless valet service, and safeguarding every vehicle as if it were your own. You will provide efficient, prompt, trouble-free, courteous service and to guests, in line with the hotel’s guidelines and The Almanac Hotel Group’s guidelines and service concepts.

Greet guests curbside with genuine warmth, assisting with luggage, and offering effortless directions.
Expertly parking and retrieving guest vehicles in our secure garage, treating each car with meticulous care.
Coordinating closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and bell service.
Maintaining spotless driveways and garage areas, performing basic vehicle checks.
Handling keys, payment terminals, and hotel software (Opera) accurately, your precision keeps our operation flawless.
What makes you a match
Valid EU driving license (B).
Comfortable handling luxury and high-performance vehicles (manual & automatic).
Willingness to work 8 or 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Communicative level of English, and the Czech/Slovak language is an advantage.
Previous valet or guest-facing luxury-hospitality experience preferred.
Opera hotel management system knowledge is an advantage.
Pro-activity, teamwork work and to-do attitude, flexibility, customer experience skills, and a pleasant demeanor.
A Czech Republic work permit or EU citizenship is required.
