Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Agent)

You will bring joy and smooth service to our guests. You will be reporting to the FOM, Assist. FOM, Service Managers and work closely with all the operations departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B teams, Sales & Marketing and reservations.

What we trust you with

Being able to smoothly check in and check out guests while paying attention to the guest's needs.

Thorough knowledge of hotel services and products. Mainly F&B - restaurant, bar and coffee shop concepts and menu.

Cooperating with all hotel departments to achieve one goal - to exceed the guest's expectations.

Knowing all the departmental and hotel SOPs. Compliance with company standards, yet still keeping your own style.

Understanding and be able to answer all questions regarding the hotel, room categories and sales rates.

Work with price lists according to the revenue management strategy.

Maintain and develop contact with guests, and greet them, every time you see them passing through the lobby.

Active sale of other hotel services (mainly F&B) and up-sell of room types.

Complete knowledge of the Opera PMS.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Participation in departmental meetings and training as requested by the hotel management.

Being a role model to the team and all hotel employees.
