Specialty coffee
Our Elias house roast is a Combrifol Natural specialty coffee from Honduras, single-origin, organic, and directly sourced from Cooperativa Mixta Regional Brisas de la Frontera Limitada, an Indigenous-led cooperative with a deep commitment to fair trade values and protecting the land.
In partnership with Kaffeefabrik, we developed a custom roast profile crafted for balance and clarity. The result: a medium roast with tasting notes of creamy walnut, ripe blackberry, and sweet bitter orange balancing smooth sweetness, lively acidity, and a refined, elegant bitterness. It shines as an espresso, and is equally rich and gently fruity as a pour-over or moka pot.
Roasted fresh every week and delivered to our café by cargo bike directly from Kaffeefabrik, this is coffee as it should be: transparent, responsible, and genuinely memorable.

If there isn’t time to linger in our light, modern coffee bar ambience, we offer all coffee specialities, homemade juices and little snacks to take away. But it would be a shame not to enjoy our charming garden in the summer!
A work of art
The artwork you see on this coffee bag was made by local Vienna artist Elias Eybl. What is usually secondary, scattered, and fleeting, moves to the center of this simplistic yet splashly pattern: coffee rings are familiar yet rarely consciously noticed. Here they are elevated to form the artwork itself. Colorful, lively, and open, they celebrate the little marks we leave on our path, formed accidentally like the pattern inherent in our lives, inviting us to pause for a moment and appreciate our great simple daily moments. Enjoy.
