Emirates Exclusive Stay

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, or the reservation will automatically be released.
- Reservation must be made with the promotion code from the Emirates flight booking confirmation inserted in the Rate Access/Corporate Code field under Special Code when making the online reservation. The Hotel may require the guest to present a boarding pass in the name of the guest; if it is not presented, the Hotel may refuse to provide the Benefits.
- The Partner is entitled not to provide the Benefits on specific dates, including 27 – 28. 11., 11 – 12. 12., 18 – 19. 12., 30 – 31. 12. 2026.
- Benefits are available for all room categories except the Presidential Suite, subject to availability.
- The Partner is entitled to pre-authorize the full reservation amount at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and changes must be received by 6:00 pm Prague time one day before arrival, or one night’s room rate plus applicable tax will be billed to the booking credit card, and/or deposit(s) received for reservation will be retained by the Partner.
