As part of its ongoing contemporary art exhibition series, Almanac X Alcron Prague presents a new collection by Slovak visual artist Zuzu Gálová titled Chasing Endless Summer. Created specifically for the hotel’s spaces, this body of work brings the warm mood of the ocean coast to the city center, inviting guests to slow down and embrace the present moment.
For Zuzu Gálová, an endless summer is first and foremost a mindset: a sense of lightness, the freedom to follow one’s own path, and the joy of everyday moments. Through soft light, a refined color palette, and signature female silhouettes, the artist transports visitors from the bustling streets into a space of calm and optimism. The figures on the canvases intentionally feature undefined faces, creating an open narrative where everyone can find their own story, memory, or emotion. Most of the artworks in this collection are being presented to the public for the very first time.
The Chasing Endless Summer exhibition naturally reflects the philosophy of Almanac X Alcron Prague as a vibrant cultural platform where architecture, fine dining, and design seamlessly blend with fine art. We believe art belongs in the everyday spaces where people meet, live, and draw inspiration.
