The Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Commercial Director and to Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications. You will plan and deliver the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy and day-to-day activity across the hotel and all outlets (Bar, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Rooftop, experiences, etc). The role blends brand marketing, digital, CRM, content, partnerships and PR - ensuring all communications are on-brand, targeted, delivered on time and within budget, with clear measurement and reporting against agreed KPIs and revenue objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery

Deliver the day-to-day marketing plan in line with the agreed strategy to support hotel revenue targets and protect brand image, tone of voice and messaging consistency.
Plan, organise and contribute to creative briefing (campaigns, activations, seasonal moments, shoots, partnerships) alongside the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communication.
Support planning and execution of key hotel initiatives, activities and partnerships, ensuring strong storytelling and commercial impact.

 

Communications & PR

Act as a PR lead/voice for the hotel under the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communication, supporting a positive public image across key audiences.
Generate media interest through strong narratives, story packaging and content, collaborating across the hotel to secure alignment and consistency of messages.
Liaise with media monitoring agency; ensure systematic filing of press clippings and distribution of highlights to hotel leadership.

 

Digital, Social Media & Content

Manage and oversee social media content execution in line with brand guidelines; coordinate with external agencies and contribute to the monthly social media calendar.
Manage website content and support SEO improvements, working closely with digital partners/strategy.
Support and/or manage digital marketing campaigns (performance activity, promotions, seasonal offers) with clear reporting and learnings.
Create and/or oversee marketing materials and copy (collateral, brochures, email marketing, promotional copy), ensuring brand consistency.

 

CRM, Database & Direct Marketing

Oversee CRM strategy, including e-newsletters and direct communications; manage database growth, segmentation and targeted use.
Ensure data from all sources is captured correctly and maintained to a high standard.

 

Agency & Supplier Management

Manage design and third-party agencies for collateral and promotional activity; ensure quality, timelines, and best possible rates from suppliers.
Keep hotel listings and key information current across relevant third-party platforms.

 

Reporting, Measurement & Insight

Track campaign performance and ROI; produce regular reporting to support smarter planning and investment decisions.
Produce a monthly marketing report summarising achievements, activity delivered, and upcoming initiatives.
Undertake industry and competitor research (awards, partnerships, advertising, third-party promotions) as required.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Hotel Support

Work closely with all departments to ensure coordinated messaging and delivery of hotel priorities; support site inspections and key commercial moments.
Support the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications and Sales activity around events, trade shows and key activations as needed.
Assist with photo shoots and filming for marketing and PR purposes.

 

 

What makes you a match

3–5 years of marketing experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands, covering campaigns, digital marketing, and PR.
Ability to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns from creative briefing to post‑campaign reporting.
Strong experience managing social media calendars and ensuring brand‑aligned content.
Hands‑on expertise with website updates, SEO enhancements, and digital performance campaigns with clear ROI reporting.
Solid CRM management experience, including e‑newsletters, segmentation, and ensuring accurate data capture.
Experience working with media, preparing press materials, coordinating requests, and managing press coverage.
Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and suppliers to luxury‑brand standards with on‑time, high‑quality output.
Excellent English and Czech/Slovak language skills are a must.
Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic or an EU passport.
