Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences? We are seeking a friendly, yet professional Guest Service Representative to be the face of our boutique luxury hotel.
As a key member of our team, you will bring joy and seamless service to our guests. You will report to the Front Office Manager and work closely with all operational departments—including Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Reservations—to ensure our guests leave with unforgettable memories.
Follow departmental and hotel SOPs while adding your personal touch.
Respond confidently to guest inquiries about hotel features, room categories, and rates.
Apply revenue management strategies by working with price lists effectively.
Maintain active contact with guests, greeting them throughout their stay.
Promote and upsell hotel services, including food & beverage and room upgrades.
Utilize Opera PMS efficiently and confidently.
Stay proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve.
Serve as a role model for your colleagues, inspiring a culture of hospitality.
