
Chef de Partie - side dishes section
You will report to the Executive Chef Josef and Head Chef Richard. Our culinary concept is focused on plant-forward and zero-waste principles with local ingredients sourcing and Czech-reinvented cuisine.
We serve food at all our outlets - the main focus is the Alcron Restaurant - casual fine dining, Alcron Bar - Czech tapas style menu, Alcron Rooftop (coming in 2025) - fresh sky bar menu as a compliment to the drinks, Banqueting, In-room dining, and also Staff Cafeteria :)
What we trust you with
Cooking alongside our talented team members in 1 production kitchen.
Being able to run and supervise our side dishes section.
Following all HACCP rules.
Training, teaching and developing other team members.
Working 12-hour shifts including weekends and PHs, we will compensate you accordingly.

What makes you a match
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chef role, ideally in a busy high-end restaurant or a 5* hotel.
Independence, responsibility, diligence, and time flexibility.
Common sense :)
Conversational English or Czech.
EU work authorization is a must.
Experience working for a 5* hotel chain as well as experience in casual fine dining is considered a significant advantage.
Culinary/hospitality education on a high school level, a university degree is a plus.
