Chef de Partie/Demi Chef
You will report to the Head Chef. Our F&B concept is focused on plant-forward and zero-waste cuisine with local ingredients sourcing and Czech-reinvented cuisine. We serve food at all our outlets - the main focus is the Alcron Restaurant - casual fine dining, Alcron Bar - Czech tapas style menu, Alcron Rooftop (coming in 2024) - fresh sky bar menu as a compliment to the drinks, Banqueting, In-room dining, and Coffee Shop.
What we trust you with
Cooking alongside our talented team members in 1 production kitchen.
Depending on your skills and experience, we can have you in our meat+sauce section, garnish, cold kitchen, banqueting, or breakfast service.
Working 12-hour shifts including weekends and PHs, we will compensate you accordingly.
You will sometimes need to prepare food for your colleagues for the staff canteen.

What makes you a match
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef role.
Following the current gastronomic trends is a must.
Independence, responsibility, diligence, and time flexibility.
Common sense :)
EU work authorization is a must.
Experience working for a 5* hotel chain as well as experience in casual fine dining is considered a significant advantage.
Culinary/hospitality education on a high school level, a university degree is a plus.
