Thanksgiving is about the table, who’s around it, and what’s on it. This year, let Almanac set the scene: a night in our Suite or in a Family Connecting Room, followed by a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, crafted by our chefs with all the flavours you’d expect form.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a menu built on tradition and flavor: sip on our Autumn Harvest cocktail, a warm blend of bourbon, apple and maple, before digging into a golden, oven-roasted turkey drenched in rich gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, tangy cranberry sauce, herb-scented stuffing, buttery green beans and sweet corn on the cob. Finish things off the classic way, with a slice of spiced pumpkin pie or a decadent, gooey pecan pie.

Booking Conditions

  • Credit card needed at booking time as guarantee.
  • Reservation may be cancelled at no cost 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
  • Cancellation policy from December 27th to 31st is 7 days prior to arrival.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  • Not combinable with Consortia benefits.

Thanksgiving dinner – Reservation Conditions

    • Final number of guests (pax) and any dietary requirements or intolerances must be confirmed 7 days prior to the dinner.
    • Dinner reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the dinner.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior to the dinner will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the dinner, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the menu price.
