The most romantic day is just around the corner and deserves to be celebrated, so we have crafted a unique 12-step tasting menu for you to come and celebrate Valentine's day with your special someone. 

Gift a unique experience signed by Michelin-starred chef Rodrigo de la Calle at our restaurant Virens, a gastronomic journey where you will be able to taste some of the chef's most iconic dishes. The perfect occasion to discover our green gastronomy and fall in love with healthy haute cuisine.

About Valentine's Day at Almanac

Start the journey with a sparkling celery-based wine and thin slices of pickled turnip to open up your palate, discover the freshness of our beetroot gazpacho and contrast it with the sweetness of our iconic roasted glass red pepper salad. 

Dive into the starters with our sautéed peas from the Maresme and risolated salsifies with hazelnut hummus, followed by gnocchi in green mushroom sauce with crispy artichokes and a carrot risotto with black olive aioli, ending with soft monkfish wok tacos with vegetable pilpil. 

Round off your journey sharing two signature desserts: a raspberry and elderberry cream sponge cake and a bonbon filled with passion fruit coulis.

Spring in Barcelona

From 17 to 21 April, BBFW will present catwalks and shows from around 30 designers, that can be only accessed through invitation.
